I worked with one of the brokers, Dane, on a mortgage. They were able to juggle me being self-employed, me having a recent change of business structure, and a whole litany of other difficult conditions, and get me a mortgage issued in a fairly acceptable timeframe. The monthly payment is better than just about any other Mortgage Broker. I got quotes from, super happy I went with them, and Dan De Voy is excellent at the Customer facing aspect of the job – always quickly corresponding with me. These guys rock.
