Chris Malouf is Broker/Owner of Enduro Mortgage. With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, Chris has assisted a number of clients and organizations in making strategic decisions. What Chris enjoys the most is educating people on how money works and sharing the knowledge he’s gained over two decades to build relationships with families and individuals. As a former accountant who’s managed multi million dollar budgets, Chris offers a highly competent and energetic approach that sets Enduro Mortgage apart from many other mortgage brokers.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys racing mountain bikes and spending time with his wife Heather, along with his two children, Bo and Kacie.


Heather Malouf is the Office Manager at Enduro Mortgage. After graduating from Nebraska Kaplan University, she served as a medical professional for over 10 years. Her gift of helping others inspired her to further assist people with their financial health. Five years ago, when she and her husband Chris were presented an opportunity to help people live better financial lives, she took it, and never looked back.

When Heather’s not managing client relations or administrative tasks, she enjoys family time with her husband Chris, and two children, Bo and Kacie.

As an experienced Sales Trainer, Marketing Instigator, and Director, I bring over four decades of unparalleled expertise in empowering sales professionals, coupled with extensive leadership experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors. My career is defined by the ability to drive exponential growth and execute transformative business turnarounds across diverse industries.

Since the mid-1990s, I have operated as a sought-after corporate sales trainer, specializing in helping sales professionals—especially in real estate and mortgage—uncover the intrinsic "why" behind both their actions and their clients' purchasing decisions. This methodology was honed while serving as a contracted trainer on the traveling road shows for industry legends like Brian Tracy, Tom Hopkins, Mike Ferry, and Todd Duncan, enabling me to teach and train thousands of business professionals across the nation. 

My advisory impact is broad and results-driven:

  • Real Estate & Financial Services: I have successfully helped five title insurance companies, multiple real estate agencies and mortgage lenders educate their representatives on economic trends, referral source attraction, and focused sales activities through ongoing training and coaching. 

In parallel with my consulting practice, I have maintained a deep, practical focus on the mortgage industry, serving in multiple Area Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Mortgage Investment Director.  This sustained management history, spanning four decades, underscores my ability to lead high-production teams, manage operations, and grow market share in competitive lending environments.

I am an accomplished, forward-thinking leader who thrives on preparing organizations to not only weather economic changes but to actively plan for and capitalize on future market opportunities.
